Join me in a 90 minute workshop in which you will receive the comforting gift of restorative yoga infused with reiki for a more in depth form of relaxation and deeper healing.

If an emergency arises and you need to cancel/reschedule your session, please call or text 860-264-6225 or 917-403-7936 at least 24 hours prior to your session. Notifications with less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Thank you
